Turkish, UAE leaders hold phone call on bilateral relations

(MENAFN) Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke by phone on Monday with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, addressing both bilateral relations and broader regional and global developments, according to the Communications Directorate.

During the conversation, Erdogan emphasized Türkiye’s support for the territorial integrity, unity, and solidarity of Yemen and Somalia, expressing readiness to assist in initiatives aimed at promoting peace and stability.

He also highlighted Türkiye’s efforts to end the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, stressing the urgent need to advance reconstruction measures for the enclave.
